Q. What do RAM Enterprise sell?

A. We are a wholesaler of many everyday items and are able to offer some outstanding bargains on bulk purchases! However we mainly sell batteries, smoking accessories, toiletrees & household, medicines, recordable media and some other sundries.

Q. Do you have a shop I can visit?

A. Yes, we have our own warehouse/outlet where you can browse ours goods and collect your purchases.

Q. Is it safe to trade over the Internet?

A. All the information that you entrust to us is confidential. All the information is encrypted using the latest technology ensuring you peace of mind. All credit card details are taken using the SECPay payment gateway over a secure server (SSL), certified with a Thawte certificate, offering the highest industry standard levels of protection.

Your debit/credit card details are never stored on our systems and are only used during transaction processing when you place an order.

Q. Is there a minimum order value?

A. Our minimum order value is currently £100.00 as our business is aimed at retail/wholesale customers. Please contact us if you have a specific need and we will do our best.

Q. Can I order online and collect in person?

A. Yes. Due to the size and weight of some orders, it is often preferable and/or more convenient to collect in person. When ordering, simply select the "collect" option when choosing a delivery type.
